please see attachment for more details ..basically i want escrow payment system with admin panel .
if interested then please send the blue print along with explanation about working and design of this system .
basically its a 2 way process .1.) payment by buyer to seller via admin and 2.) goods reached from seller to buyer with tracking details.
the website is in php and cms is osclass .
