I want to enhance the opensource version of orange HRM , with the following feature. demo: [login to view URL] I need following features. 1. Add A Loan Menu, where i can create create loan detail for employees. There is no much complicated calculation or anything, just the loan amount, start and end date, no of installment. (please look opensource demo loan module in iceHRM for all the fields.). I should be able to print loan for a particular employee in A4 format. 2. The default employee module in orange HRM doesnot support print for individual employee details. I need that feature for in A4 format. 3. Add New menu , company documents manager, the fields input are select company, enter document title, issue date , expiry date and attachement. 4.. configure existing notification feature to fire email during document expiry. and also employee immigration detail expiry.

P.S. Everything needs to be discussed and negotiated at first. The below mentioned default terms are placed to ensure such discussion takes place before the project is awarded by you. In pursuance to "Milestone Payments" as in Freelancer.com terms and conditions, the first milestone payment needs to be deposited on Freelancer.com within a day, ibapi is awarded the project, failing which the awarding of such project by you, the buyer, will be considered void and the bid offer by ibapi will be deemed to have been retracted. The first milestone becomes payable after requirement analysis is done. Requirement analysis is 'Contract-style requirement lists' as defined under the article 'Requirements_analysis' in English Wikipedia. Simplified: This is essentially an upfront payment. The first milestone is deposited before the project is accepted by the service provider ibapi and paid after requirement analysis is illustrated by ibapi in the Freelancer.com message board.
