Hello! We have an adult content website dedicated to streaming where we constantly receive videos uploaded by users. We process the videos with FFmpeg, but this process has stopped working in part. The process does the following: 1 - Extract thumbnails from the video 2 - It extracts the different resolutions of video depending obviously which has the video. 3 - Cut the video into 12 pieces that are then joined to create a preview of the video, these pieces are not always 12 since they depend on the duration of the video. 4 - Add watermark to the video 5 - Optionally, the user has the option to add an official Intro of the website to the video. The processes that have stopped working are the following: 2 - It extracts the different resolutions of video depending obviously which has the video. 5 - Optionally the user has the function of adding an official Intro of the website to the video. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ SPANISH Hola! Tenemos un sitio web de contenido adulto dedicado al streaming donde constantemente recibimos vídeos subidos por usuarios. Procesamos los vídeos con FFmpeg, pero este proceso ha dejado de funcionar en parte. El proceso hace lo siguiente: 1 - Extrae miniaturas del vídeo 2 - Extrae las diferentes resoluciones de vídeo dependiendo obviamente las que tenga el vídeo. 3 - Recorta el vídeo en 12 trozos que luego son unidos para crear una vista previa del vídeo, estos trozos no siempre son 12 ya que dependen de la duración del vídeo. 4 - Agrega marca de agua al vídeo 5 - Opcionalmente el usuario tiene la opcion de agregar un Intro oficial del sitio web al vídeo. Los procesos que han dejado de funcionar son los siguientes: 2 - Extrae las diferentes resoluciones de vídeo dependiendo obviamente las que tenga el vídeo. 5 - Opcionalmente el usuario tiene la función de agregar un Intro oficial del sitio web al vídeo.

Hola, seguramente alguna actualización se ha cargado algo, si comentan que antes funcionaba perfectamente. Lo tendría listo en 1 o 2 días. Necesitaría acceso por FTP y si su servidor es Linux estaría muy bien poder entrar también por consola. Un saludo

I do have experience translating WordPress Web Sites content from English to Spanish, and articles. I do have experience working as an editor for videos for YouTube channels, and managing the comments section (I edit them using Camtasia 9 or Filmora 9). I used to work for an import company here in my country (Venezuela) and I had to answer to costumers who buy our products (Android smartphones and tablets) And before that I managed a Foundation (INAD), that use to organize educational events for students and teachers from my country, and I was in charge of developing the promotional emails and to give telephonic assistance to customers and resolve his questions about fees, information about the city where the event was taking place, and about the conferences that the event would be showcasing. Of course, all that attention was given in Spanish which is my native language. Availability complete. I can work morning, evenings and especially overnight, from 8 pm and on, I'm an "owl" if you please excuse me for using this word in this proposal. ¡Hola! Tengo por lo menos 10 años de experiencia en el uso cotidiano de ffmpeg para la captura y conversión de videos bajo GNU/Linux así como administración de sistemas y tengo la capacidad para resolver el problema. Sin embargo, necesito información más detallada, tal como la versión de ffmpeg, la plataforma bajo la cual está ejecutándose la aplicación y -lo más importante- los mensajes de error que está dando el programa al ejecutarse en los pasos 2 y 5, así como un video de pruebas que genere el error. Ayudaría mucho saber desde cuándo se manifiesta el error, y si fue a consecuencia de una actualización del software o un cambio de configuración. ¿Será posible tener acceso remoto a la plataforma para hacer pruebas y a instalar o a actualizar software? Eso acelerará notablemente la resolución del problema y, de ser así, lo más probable que en un par de horas el problema esté resuelto.

Hola, tengo mas de 14 años de experiencia en streaming media, php, ffmpeg y bash. Me gustaria saber que distro de linux tiene el sistema. Es un solo servidor o las tareas estan distribuidas entre varios? Saludos Alejo
