Create a website shell using html and CSS that will run on any platform (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc., as well as multiple browsers). The site will be used to sell services as well as to provide additional content and services for subscribers. Site needs to be scalable as additional pages to be added after this initial shell is designed. The entire site needs to have the same look and feel but be easy to maintain with Dreamweaver templates and CSS. SquareUp will be used for subscriptions as well as purchasing services. Will also need a database to remember member names, begin membership date, status of membership, email, phone, encrypted password, other information, etc. Probably a php interface. This will be hosted on a Unix server at IX Webhosting, ftp service is available. Overview of site: 1. Create a homepage using html and css 2. Create an html template using css for pages to be used for additional pages on the site that has a logon on option as well as an option for a pull-down menu for smaller platforms using the standard icon for that. 3. Create an html template for pages that will be used for additional pages on the site after one has logged in to include the pull-down menu for smaller platforms as well as a standard logoff icon on the top of the page. 4. Create the logon capability with database of users Pages will include (initially): Home - similar to [login to view URL], options to buy services on this page, Login icon in right top corner about - information page contact - basic contact submissions form using cgi bin privacy - information page services - information page, options to buy services on this page Member Area - page about membership, and login, purchase/renew membership on this page as well Member area Pages after login: Member area home with links for pages to view articles, videos, etc. Member info and update page to change their info, password, etc. Member area articles Member area videos Member area other Member area subscription information page to renew/extend membership All pages to have a place holder for a logo in the left corner as well as a header image. All images to automatically scale as appropriate for the platform it is displayed on. Will also need to be able to pull reports from the database to obtain member information as needed. Be able to send email notifications to members (i.e. general messages to everyone or messages to members whose memberships have either expired or will expire, etc.) or if not possible then ability to pull names and email addresses. Image place holders only – they will be created separately from this job. Open to include other options if designer feels needed. Color palate and font to sue will be provided as will the images.
