Developing a wordpress theme

I'm looking for a WordPress developer who has expensive experience with website customization and design especially in the field of professional photography and/or visual arts. My photography website already runs WordPress and ProPhoto Theme Visual Customization Software, which I want to use to create this very simple but catchy website. No need to spend time on installing anything. I need to make something very clear -- I am NOT looking to design a website in WordPress using other means (other plug-ins). I have to stick with ProPhoto Theme Software. That is very important to me for many, many reasons. The good thing about it is that the software visually customizable without the need to code directly into the WordPress framework. I have a clear understanding of what I want and have in mind, with clear and concise examples of sites which we can model from. I'm not re-inventing the wheel here so this will be very straightforward and simple. I also have a strong IT background so I understand the technical language so my communication with you will be precise. ProPhoto software on the WordPress backend will make this job very easy. There is virtually no coding needed when using ProPhoto Theme Software on the backend. There may be some short CSS but not entirely necessary and it all depends on the developer's ability to keep things lean. The site will have the same flow from page to page so once one page template is designed, that can be repeated and replicated throughout the site. There will be some examples of my photography work organized as galleries, a home page with a rotating gallery of images, an info page about me the photographer, a client page that will open in a separate window and will present my clients with a password field to proofing galleries (that is already functional along with the proofing galleries working off of a ProPhoto Proofing Plugin fully compatible with the ProPhoto Theme and design ), a contact page that will have a form which my clients will use to communicate with me (name, email address, etc). I will provide all logo, images, graphics and content for the site. I have a chosen color palette for this site and we can use to a very simple set of fonts. I need someone that has a creative side along with the ability to navigate WordPress and understand the inner works of it.
