Customize my Site's Search bar to work with my Dokan Vendors plugin

website: Uboxnow dot com (read description before applying) My current search bar searches products and categories, i need this to be replaced with a search bar that searches for Vendors based on the address they put in. (See Attachments below, I already photoshopped how I want it too look and work to save you from guessing) How it will work, when some one uses website, in order to shop they will have to input their address and also in drop down, they must choose a delivery time (See attachment) Once they input address it will show page showing any vendors within a 35 mile radius from the address they put in. (Current vendors page here -> [login to view URL] ) This must work in desktop and mobile display. If user not logged on it will ask them to login or register, if user is logged in address added to search bar will be saved as shipping address, and delivery type/time that they added from dropdown will be saved in extended profile, and will become default action for next time they use the site. looking for for someone familiar with dokan or vendor plugin,as well as geolocation.
