Custom changes in Rehub theme

Hi all! This project is to made some custom changes to a WordPress theme (ReHub main theme- ReWise theme child...a very powerful theme with many admin options). The home page is here: [login to view URL] The web aim is to let users make reviews of anything (products, places, etc...) There're 2 options to post reviews: 1. From Admin (Only admins can post from wordpress backend) How is backend admin review submission posting: [login to view URL] 2. From Frontend submission (Users) To send a new review screenshot: [login to view URL] How is frontend submission form: [login to view URL] Page here when u are logged in: [login to view URL] I will explain now what is done and then what would be needed for this project tasks. As i said, the reviews can be about anything, so u can imagine there're TONS of categories/subcategories/sub-subcategories.... This is why in frontend submission , when u want to send a review, you can select the category and subcategory by order: Example, if you select main category "Products", will appear another dropdown with subcategories of this main catyegory "Productos", and if exists, another su-subcategory dropdown...and over and over: [login to view URL] Depending of the main category you select (remember, there're 4 main categories), appears at botton of the form some criterias that you can give value with a slide bar. Example screenshot: [login to view URL] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TASK 1: To select one of the almost 900 categories/subcategories in admin is almost impossible as wordpress show them: [login to view URL] So i want as custom change the same as Frontend submission...to select from main category to any subcategory by dropdowns here. And the same with criterias...if i select any main category, the criterias are created as i explained before: [login to view URL] IMPORTANT: Seems maybe it's easy, because when i look a post created from frontend submission form, the criterias in admin are already created in admin: [login to view URL] a. So the task is to make dropdowns and criteria values depending of main category in ADMIN POST as looks in frontend submission. b. Need to fix when a criteria has less than 3 fields, if an user review a product, appears one empty criteria row with full score: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ TASK 2: There're the posibility within theme to do dynamic comparisions. There're a scale floatin at right side of the page to compare items. a. The task is to add criterias with MDTF plugin (included) and pros/cons of the reviews when comparing items of same category: Page to compare, for instance "Lugares": [login to view URL],924 [login to view URL] I have all the theme manual, faqs, youtube videos, etc... who explain how to make this very easy...and i'll explain deeper to the one who want to do this project. b. Including in this task, is to remove "Thumbs up/down" icon from main page items and replace by scale icon to compare. Product with scale icon: [login to view URL] Replace thumbs up icon by scale icon: [login to view URL] c. Right now only 1 product has the scale icon to compare, don't know why others who has the same category the icon doesn't appear (need to fix this also) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TASK 3: Need to fix this...when i put a review, the score should be according with stars. If i post from admin, it works, but not from frontend posting.
