I need arbitrage tool that can trade between 2 exchange platform. I need get it done by desktop app format. User can input API key and secret in the app screen and be able to start buy and sell. I have design ready (sample program). Hope to hear from experience devs.

Hello, I've coded and used my own crypto trader for a while ago. It used to evaluate the volume and orderbook to decide on buy/sell points. I used Poloniex, Bittrex and Binance APIs. For your project the biggest tricks are (potential) 2-FA and transaction duration. In most cases the price can be not profitable anymore due to the change of price before the approval of transaction.
