Hi there, It sounds like an interesting app to work on. I imagine something like this: Users register, log in, set up their profile (name, location on the map, sports they like, about them, profile picture, etc...), then they choose a sport they want to invite a partner to play with, and create a request to play. Other users who have selected that sport as a sport they like will see the request created and can accept it if they are interested. If accepted then arrange meetup (perhaps using chat) and have an option to rate each other (5* and a text). Users would be able to set the max distance they want to look for a game, and would not see request made by highly rated people unless they have paid a premium. I'm not sure what you would consider a high rating, does one have to have a certain number of ratings or just have a total rating over a certain number? Let me know which payment gateway are you planning to use. I would be developing this in PHP (CodeIgniter), some parts in node.js (chat, maybe even checking for new requests to reduce the number of requests to server), MySQL DB, Bootstrap 4 for a nice UI and optionally Vue.js.
