Create a WooCommerce Quote Plugin

Only bid if you have experience in creating WooCommerce plugins, your freelancer reviews will be checked to confirm this before awarding. ----------------------------------------------------------- We require a backend / admin only quotation system for our WooCommerce store. No customer / frontend functions required. Staff Process : Admin has a "New Quote" option within WooCommerce, within that new function the admin can select products from our WooCommerce to "add to quote". There should be some further options in the "new quote" such as customer name, email address, telephone number also. Once all the products are added to the "quote" the admin can "Send Quote" which will then be emailed to the customers email address. In the customer quote email, there should be a link they can click where the "cart" is pre-populated with the quoted products. Everything is backend, no frontend access to customers other than the final populated cart / basket. See attached screenshot of an existing plugin, this is an example of the functionality we require. Please only bid if you are confident you can create this plugin seamlessly without any errors or security issues. There is a plugin which has this capability but it appears to broken with the current WP version, and also full of bugs judging by the comments.
