Complete an incomplete Wordpress Site properly: ONLY Mumbai based Freelancers to bid

I have been a coder for a long time, but in things other than PHP. Thats minor issue. I have too many other more paying thing to do so I abandoned a wordpress project about half-way through to get a matured freelancer to take over and do. I wish to work only with Mumbai based freelancers / firms as it might become necessary to do at least few face to face meetings on mutual convenience, if screen sharing based communications do not work out conveniently for both parties given my severe work-hours. Licensed themeforest theme, licensed plugins installed with heavy resources on the server side, nicely tweaked power-hosting environment. Even the logo is designed and loaded but I may need some change in it. One thing I am writing here on purpose & not put on the spreadsheet is how will you organise proper RSS feed system for my website. Do not rush to bid blindly. Read the attached document properly. And a final word, freelancer.com has wide ranges for price slabs. So just dont make mindless bidding based on the wide slab or the average bids others may have mindlessly. In choosing my freelancer I would sense the attitude of one who is business minded and has the habit of delivering. Lets enjoying doing a good projective together, productively & efficiently.
