a skilled freelancer (not company) is required to build the following, and we are up to suggestions: 1- Codeigniter latest stable release 2- Template library 3- setting up the template in bootstrap 4 basic structure (will choose from examples) 4- installing fonts Awesome 5- setting up structure for admin panel and front end 6- user authentication library 7- code should include documentation for all functions and headers of files 8- user management pages from admin panel: - add user - list user - edit user - delete user 9- user group management pages as well 10- in front end, we need to show a calendar with daily view, ability to change to weekly and monthly views 11- from admin panel we can add meeting room details, name, location, organiser 12- from admin panel we can add events or appointments or whatever assigned to a meeting room, give it a title, give it a start time per second and setup repetition how many times a day, how many days to repeat application then will copy and paste the event entries into the db the number of repetition times from the form, linking them all together with a parent entry id from the same table, so when an event is deleted, theres an option to delete all events, when an event is edited, it can be edited without affecting the others if an event in anyway will overlap with any other event, a warning dailoug box should appear to cancel or continue (ajax call) 13- you can give an event a color (color picker) or a cas class name. so it is colored in the calendar view Please state the time required to complete the job and justify
