There are two ways to call button from the site. 1. Call back When the customer enters his / her number in the form and presses the call button. Asterisk connects the customer and the operator or ivr. 2. The client calls directly from the browser. But it needs headphones and a microphone and limited browser versions. Which method do you prefer?

Already manage some freepbx and asterisk systems with proper fail2ban and iptables configured. Also can configure call recording, CDR's, and can configure billing system if you want but the charge is separate for billing system configuration.
