We need a freelancer to help us integrate a user role based authentication and authorization system into a cakephp webapp. We will be using the latest version of cakePHP and the tinyAuth plugin. The idea is to integrate the plugin in a way that the superadmin user can administrate the roles (create, suspend, delete) and assign roles to users. The configuration will be done via web and using the database instead of config files. The plugin will be implemented as multi role and using the database to configure it. The final product should have: * Cakephp (latest version) webapp installed in our servers (Ubuntu 16.04, Apache, latest PHP, MySQL) on DigitalOcean * TinyAuth cakephp plugin installed and working ([login to view URL]) * Login page * Users page (upon superuser login) * Role administration * Role authorization to controller/views * User administration * Hashed password (sha1 or similar) * Recover password email (create a new password and send it to the registered email) * User deactivation using a flag by superadmin * Each role will have a list of controller/views to allow access * Bootstrap 4 (latest) compatible * Responsive (mobile compatible) * Manual on how to use the authentication and authorization system

Have done similar role based application in CakePHP on Supply chain Management Application. Achieved it without the plugin. In that portal whenever there is a new controller or a new action admin can add it in the User Role Master and he can give the privilege it to users.
