Build Me A Website - Read Details Need Completed ASAP

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. If you message me with a bid and failed to read this description, I will not work with you. This is what I am looking for, please read and understand carefully. You must be able to do all of the things I need below. Website must include: Members Pages Forum Blog Store Downloads Page for Members Homepage must be landing page for a Membership Sales Letter Aweber Integration With Built-In Optin A way to have affiliate sales for my product without using clickbank More details below More details below: I need a membership website that will have a landing page for membership, along with an opt-in for aweber/mail chimp. The membership will have to be linked to an affiliate program where affiliates can promote the membership through their unique link. I will look to you for guidance on how we can offer affiliate sales without using a platform like clickbank. Membership pages are to include Under a Get Educated Tab: A page for the blog, A page for the podcast, A page for ebook downloads A page for video downloads/stream A "breaking news" page, very simple page where I can post url links with a headline title Possibly twenty or so links. I want these links to fall off as I add new. Under a “Get involved Tab A forums page – I want the profile to comment on the forums to be the same as the membership login profile A page for additional membership benefits An events page . The homepage I want to be simple, either login to member portal with its own homepage or an option to discover more about the membership, which is a landing page for long form sales letter, with opt-in for membership sign up. I would like the first few Nav bar to be links to different sections of the home page, which is the long form sales letter. I also want a page for additional product sales, that is open to the public, not just members only. I want this to be very easy for me to be able to edit and add content without needing special skill sets. In other words, I want to be able to hire more employees and have them be able to be page editors. I currently do not have a template. I am open to suggestions for the platform. I would also like integration with social media, as well as a footer with a link to a terms and services page. Payment I will break this down in milestones. The very first milestone I will pay for template samples. I do not want to go off of trusting your creative judgement. Let me see your layout design/concept options first. Let's both pick one we like, go over customizations of it. When a final concept for the website is chosen, I will release first milestone. After that, we can work on the next milestones as the website is built out. Content. I have some pictures but will need you to provide images appropriate to the page, as needed. My content is not all entirely complete and is currently being generated. It may take 2-3 weeks for all content to come in. Most of it; however will be available to you very quickly.
