Build me a website and phone app

Hello. I'm just a mom, hoping to start a business. The business is focused on providing a platform both as a website and an app for long term rentals (3months +), with a secure review system, appointment calenders system, payment system and messages and tracking system where others can see in their profile showing their review but also a tracker of payments made on time or rent increases or how quickly maintenance is fixed. To help give a better idea it needs to be similar to AirBNB and Trulia or [login to view URL] where patrons can list their property or room and search for available properties on the rental market. but to also include similar capabilities of buying and selling sites such as Mercari where users need to verify personal data to maintain an account, payments can be made via the secure platform and held by us until the transaction has been confimed as complete and the tenant has gained access to the property. I also need the site to support a review system like yelp where both the landlord and tenant leave reviews on each other so that a credibility profile is created for both. And it also needs to have a build your own contract platform where the landlord can opt in or out of our basic contract paragraphs to create a full contract document for their tenants. So to help make this clearer I need: 1) Profile property listing site with map and property details. (Like Airbnb or spare [login to view URL]) 2) appointment calendar system for setting up viewing of properties. Owner can check on available times and tenants can then choose a time and schedule an appointment online. 3)ability to build their own personal contract from our paragraphs. Click on a paragraph to include in contract for tenant to agree to. 4)secure payment to be made online. A deposit will be secured but not released to landlord until the tenant confirms with the system that they are in the property. And a deposit won't be released until landlord confirms property is left in a good condition. Also rent payment to be collected on the platform and sent to the landlord. 5)Tenant and landlord profile pages for reviews (similar to yelp or mercari or even eBay). The system will track their payment history and their profile will show a running history of on time payments or late payments. It will show how quickly messages are dealt with by the landlord and how quickly maintenance is handled. I.e Ave response 24 hrs. 6) along with their profile, the ability to choose to display their actual credit score to landlords. When applying for renting a property, we want to link the site with a credit checking agency so that they can easily share their credit history with multiple potential landlords (before viewing if possible) but that they only pay once for the credit check but have the score available online for 6 months before being given the option to renew 7) alerts and notification tool. To alert the user that rent is due, rent hasn't been paid, they have interest in their property, they have a new message etc. 8) internal messages where tenants can [login to view URL] their landlord or create a maintenance case issue. 9) maintenance log. Log issues that arrises and the system will instigate resolution. 10) profiles that link with their property. So a landlord and tenant will be able to connect. They can pay their bill,make contact, review their contract, give notice to end contract etc.
