Regarding your project: 1) You mentioned that you need the ability to create/delete galleries in the admin. When the user adds a picture from the front-end, will he add it to one of the existing galleries (created in the admin)? Or will he be able to add his own galleries? 2) You said: "simple jce editor to edit text tagging with rich text" I assume in this context you mean by 'tag' the picture's caption?
