We require the project tasks feature of vTiger to enable onsite engineers to communicate with project managers via this feature.

When a new project task is created, an engineer will be chosen to complete the work. Through a workflow, this will then email the engineer details of the task with a link to the Web Form to update the Project Task once the work is completed or otherwise needs more attention.

The Web Form would need to allow the engineer to easily add comments to the task, and updated predefined fields, such as check boxes and pick-lists so that they can update the project manager. Any comments then made by the project manager must relay back to the engineer via email.

The web form must also enable the engineer to upload pictures taken via the phone's camera so that they are visable from the "documents" section the project task.

In summary: We need a mobile responsive web form that will interface with vTiger's Project Tasks. Allowing upload of images, adding comments, and updating predefined fields.
