Requirement:
Develop a tool or template preferible in Access to capture the information required from the customer and/or the project manager to cover all the details for the manufacturing and installation of the windows and doors.
Objects:
- Have a scalable template where customer service can enter the information required for the manufacturing and installation of the windows and doors by asking the proper question in the right sequence to make sure that all details has been covered.
- Be able to send a report to the stakeholders so the manufacturing and installation team can prepare themselves.
- Be able to run queries and produce reports to analysed projects
Current Process:
The customer service is taking the information over the phone and entering the details into a manual sheet as per the template provided, which is then scanned and filed into the server.
At the moment we are filling 2 different checklist (Site Installation and Private Jobs) which we want to combine and create the Project and Site Checklist
