I can understand your feeling as only having static product categories at Landing page is never desired neither the customer give more attention to it. All I can do is to build a Landing page where you might show your desired products along with beautiful animation and slides. These sections will be customize-able so that you might add new items or change the existing ones. Your theme AVADA is good but it needs landing page for which I can help you.
