We have a series of Shopify stores that need building. The successful freelancer that impresses us with this first one will become part of our team as the other stores are developed, as well as with ongoing maintenance. We have chosen the Shopify platform, and unless applicants have better suggestions (we are very open to suggestions), we will be using the Symmetry theme, and will be strongly connected to social media for marketing. Experience in this field is very important for freelancers interested in doing this project. This store will be for large quantities of jewellery and gemstone based inventry; 400+ items, possible many more. We have been in the jewellery industry for nearly 30 years and will be selling items from suppliers we have developed a close connection with. Essentially, it is a drop-ship model. It will require the addition of several add-on modules (apps) to facilitate various aspects of running the store. The current project is only to develop the store, not to add inventry to it, although we are happy to add that as a second project to this one and award it to the same freelancer if that is what flows. We have logos, colours, fonts, photos, and content (excluding stock) all ready and are looking to start this project in the next week. Please let us know how long you expect this project to take (including revisions), as well as your costs for fullfilling it and for ongoing maintenance.
