Concept: Upniche is a digital marketing agency that offers web design, seo,graphic design, content writing etc. Upniche sells direct to customers & to agencies. Web design, local seo, global seo, website maintenance, niche sites, business names etc are few of the 20+ services that upniche offers. We are now looking to revamp the website with better design & a dashboard from which the customer can order new services, keep track of past orders and contact support easily. Functionality required: Front End: Very attractive and conversion based design. All the services offered must be clearly visible on homepage. Fast loading as per google terms. Mobile responsive. Sign up forms on all pages to make the customer easily signup. Sales page/landing page for services like this mythemeshop DOT com/plugins/wp-time-to-read/ with review/ratings etc. Menu like this fatbit DOT com or vakilsearch dot com Dashboard: customer must register using name, email,password in front end and reach dashboard as they confirm the email. Email must be added to the mailing list. customer fills the other required details as he confirms the emails. All the services available are shown within the dashboard in a single page.(check thehoth dot com dashboard) Customer can choose to order customers must be able to view their relationship manager contact in dashboard.(check vakilsearch dot com, they have this option ) customer must be able to chat with support in dashboard. customer must be able to checkout using paypal/card from within dashboard. He/she must be also able to apply coupons. Their balance must be shown in the dashboard. customer must be able to see his profile, amount he has ordered all time, all the services he ordered etc. customer must be able to upload images, excel files etc to the dashboard. customer must be able to create new support ticket. Customer must get email when there is notice within his dashboard. Customer must be shown an notification icon with numbers like fb when there is a special offer or a response from the support team. Admin side: Admin must be able to see the statistics, daily orders, monthly orders, new users etc. Admin must be able to create new employee accounts for the staffs. Admin must be able to terminate staff accounts. Admin/staff must be able able to add credits to the customer in their dashboard. Admin/staff must be able to add/delete services/change price etc in the dashboard. Employee/Staff side: Worker must be able to see the new orders. worker must be able to see the support queries and help them. worker must be able to chat with customer. worker must be able to post notes/doubts to customer. worker must be able to upload files, notes or mark a project as closed. Worker must have different levels like customer support, senior support etc. worker must get assigned as a relationship manager randomly when a new customer signsup. worker gets notified when there is a new order or query in the category he handles.
