TRAVEL PROJECT Make a CRM which can be access from managers and staff to add details 1- Customer number, email and details of queries for example flight, holiday or other service Above details should show the date it was added and which user has added up also every user can see this 2- Invoice system which we can forward to client through email or if its difficult than there should be option to download which can be send via email portals like outlook 3- Staff sales separately by users also they shouldn’t be able to see each other sales but admin has the full access and they can see all previous sales by staff (sold price and cost price, date of selling, amount paid or pending etc) 4- Query system where staff can add up quotes of hotel or flight with itnery details which was quoted to client and if possible this section should be seen all staff so they know if colleague has already quoted the customer Option of name, number, email, details etc if there is repeated customer can we add up after his old query Some important things to implement 1- Customer record 2- Invoice for customers 3- Quotation to customers 4- Staff sales sheet 5- Staff log in/out 6- Query/Task from new customer 7- Company expenses 8- Reminder for staff / clock for 2 countries
