We want to build an employment database where carers, nurses and cleaners can upload their details about their ability to work. Details would include cv alongside other materials and their available times.
The database has to have two parts, one customer facing for nurses and carers and the other for those trying to recruit them. Easiest reference here being something like LinkedIn with the key features being
1. Easy for them to log on;
2. Easy for them to upload certain documents about themselves
3. Easy to track location;
4. Easy for them to put the hours that they want to work
From the other side: firms need to be able to see aspects of this information based on what they subscribe to. Their view would entail being able to see:
1 broad info of who is available to work at what times and in what locations;
2. Information about whether that person has the right to work.
