build and android application

i receive some information through paid subscription. i want to share that information to related users through android app in free. but user has to view 30 sec of non skipable reward video to see that info. so once i receive info i send it to all user through notification. user gets notification that new info is available, user has to see video to open that info. other than this i want following features. 1. information are about various segments. so user has to initially select which segments info he want to receive. so user has to be notified about relevant segment only. (not require in initial phase but provision should be there to add it late) 2. too see info user has to view 30 sec. video. sometime it could be irritating .so feature should be there to see advertisement video in advance. so user can get quick view of information. 3. sometime info that we provide could be incorrect. so i want to add accuracy meter which shows how many % of add we have shown are correct. (not require in initial phase but provision should be there to add it late) 4. referral program scheme.
