Booking site - google map tool - auto report creating in word (read the project before bidding)

Site needs to allow clients to make bookings by address etc. it will then pull up google makes so they can click on the map and confirm the correct location - they will be able to save plans for the job. Need to be able to have clients with there own details and login/pass Then i need a google map tool. (This will be a website that works on PC and ipad) Needs to get up to photos from [login to view URL] using Web Map Service (WMS)or Web Map Tile Service (WMTS). The google map tool has a number of functions. need to be able to open website on ipad. import photos with GPS data putting then puts them in the correct location on the map )with arrow showing the location direction taken) be able to draw lines (plots) (and edit them) Be able to label plots (The labels will be auto make from a number of drop down boxes) (have added a number of photos so you can see what i mean) Each plot will have a rating (taken from table) distance slope and vegetation type will = rating. Then you can click a button that takes the map you have made, plus the images taken on site, it will this export into Word using all the data collected and auto fill a word document. with address - photos - plot information etc etc. I have included a demo what the finished report looks like. everything will autofill from website into report.
