We have an IVR that we've created with custom messages to be played to called parties based on options our agents select from the IVR. We use this IVR application by dialing a feature code (Misc Application) then conferencing in the party we intend to call. We are looking to skip the manual process of conferencing in our IVR application. We'd like the agents to dial a feature code which automatically conferences them to the IVR and gives them a secondary dial tone to enter digits and dial the desired party.
