Attendance automation Android App with nfc with attendance php software server syncing with sms email function

Requirement for Android Nfc and with server sync of PHP and based automatic attendance software and sms/email sending related work Coder should have knowledge on Android APP with NFC and PHP codeigniter Project budget is 400$ USD Max. (300$ for Project 100$ for support) Payment after delivery and testing of the software and app We shall raise initial milestone of 100$ and we shall release full payment payment only after completion of the work after successful testing We have one software running on Php-Mysql with codeigniter MVC framework. We need to upgrade the software with php coding and create a new android based automated NFC attendance app with server side syncing of automatic attendance and adding attendance for teacher and non teaching staff and details mentioned in attached file Developer/Freelancer will design the APP UI and PHP software UI along with all functionality mentioned in the attached work files Developer/Freelancer is agree to provide working and bugs free software (both Android and PHP software with server sync) We shall provide developer/Freelancer with development server where our software is uploaded if required Developer/Freelancer will communicate with skype , freelancer chat, phone etc and show us the progress of the project Developer/Freelancer who will do the work must agree to provide android app source code and source code of our PHP software with Mysql DB backup immediately after completing and receiving all payment.
