We have a PHP Laravel responsive web application(chrome, ie etc.) which has uploaded PDFs and images. On selecting a PDF or image, we want to open PDF or image in another tab or popup and allow at least 5 users to annotate in parallel with one layer of annotation for each user. The annotation features should include pointing arrows, drawing boxes, adding text boxes and adding pre-saved images on PDFs or Images. Please share web link if you have done something similar on another project.

Hello, I would like to come directly on your project. Earlier I have developed an app where a user can select a pdf, add annotations to it, save it, edit on later stage if he wants, find/replace some annotation values on run time etc. I have used two libraries like pdftron and pspdfkit. Also used uxmpdfkit. As I have signed NDA with client so can't share link but can share some screenshots during our online conversation. Hope you understand. My expertise in Laravel covers: Blade (+helper for forms creation laravelcollective/html), Laravel Passport package for Oauth2 authentication, kodeine/laravel-acl for ACL, Spark, Scout, Socialite and for deployment I use Laravel Forge and Envoyer. Used AdminLTE and Josh admin template in previous developed websites. I use the best practice for using OOP, SOLID and DRY principles. And I always follow PSR-2 standard for styling my code.
