*Must Features - In app rating system, In app purchase system, Wifi enabled calls through the app to be like a normal phone call, Video chat using Wifi, similar to facetime, skype, facebook video chat, Bing or google map. Must run on tablet.

*18 user agreement – use of the site is free except for data retrieval.

*Description - A sex dating app allowing members to create account/logins using emails and/or other social media accounts. Members can use their real or discreet names. Members use their smart phones to locate/fish other sex daters within a 25 & 50km radius. A 5 picture profile of date seekers within the selected radius pops up on viewers screen. The viewer sex dater has 10 seconds to select one of the 3 response choices - yes [check mark], maybe [?], no [X]. If he/she does not respond within the 10 sec deadline, the profile data disappears from their screen. If viewer responds with a "No" the profile data disappears from their screen. The data stays in the system for 30 days. If viewers want to retrieve data after selecting "No", there is a cost of 99c. If viewer responds with "maybe", viewer can retrieve the profile data from the app system within 24 hours and change his/her response choice. If the viewer responds with a "yes", it gets filed in the app system, awaiting a 'yes" match from the other sex daters. Once two or more sex daters have mutually selected "yes", A MATCH message is displayed on their respective screens. The matched sex daters can further txxxt, pix swap video chat, talk and sex date.

*Payment – payment will be provided once work is tested and app/site runs like a charm. Contractor reserves the right not to make any advance or installment payments. If developer is unable to deliver project within their price bid and time deadline, the contractor may sue the developer for damages.

*Don’t Apply – if you do not have a good command of English, are looking to land an easy contract, are a novice on a learning curve, pretending to be qualified for the job.
