Android & iOS Apps Development

Android and iOS app development I already have an e-Commerce website which has customer/product database etc... I need apps developed for Apple and Android smart devices and tabs and pads. Scope should cover following items, 1) Products covered ( 1) Online / Offline Video training, 2) Multiple choice questions with Study/Practice/Test modes & Reports with Review Difficult/Incorrect & Retest, 3) Digital Downloads, 4) Virtual Training joining & recording watching, 5) Flashcards, 6) Process ITTO. 2) SECURE ENCRYPTED Downloading of the videos ( 1 above ) for offline viewing needs to be perfected. 3) Test questions to be automatically downloaded SECURELY & ENCRYPTED on the device for offline practising. And offline data to be synchronised with website DB with Sync button 4) BigBlueButton training joining function to be added ( 4 above) so user can join virtual training course from Android or iOS device or view recordings from their virtual devices 5) Course validity and expiry to be implemented so user can't access the product after certain date or certain attempts as in DB. Even when user disconnects internet after first download of content. Number of Attempts and validity should be checked locally and access stopped after expiry. Attempt related data to be uploaded to website DB the moment user connects to internet. 6) App should be able to be downloaded on any Android or iOS devices and be able to open it, login and use the app without any resolution etc.. issues 7) The App has setting of "Cellular Data" mode On or Off. When turned ON user can also download videos or play videos via SIM. This functionality should work seamlessly. There should be a notification when user is trying to play via SIM with a possibility to disable notification going forward. 8) Downloaded videos or questions must very secure and encrypted. This should be maintained so that user doesn't download it from the smart device and even though user does it can't play it without the app. 9) Web services to be designed for the Apps to work Please provide your fixed price quote. So at high-level, requirement is as below, 1) Login, Registration, Edit Profile 2) Purchased Product Delivery for the products listed above. 3) Offline Access for Video Streaming, Online Test, Downloading products & Flashcards through App settings. 4) Virtual Training joining and watching class recordings from within app (actual training and recordings will be on bigbluebutton server. We just have to provide interface to join training classes and watching recordings) Please provide only Fixed Quote. I'm only expecting Native Apps. Provide references of only apps that you have developed urself. I will thoroughly check references.
