Altofonts.com - font depository and samples

I am looking for someone to develop the scripts associated to a font upload site; the idea being that users can register and upload fonts to the site - a sample image is some how generated for the uplaoded font which can then be displayed. Duplicate fonts are not permitted. Registered users can download fonts singlularly, or if they pay an annual subscription they can add multiple files to a basket and download all at once. Any registered user can purchase a cd/dvd of all fonts currently held on the server. Queries will be required to display usernames of top 5 uploaders, number of registered members, fonts available etc. Full search of fonts, by initial letter, name, category etc. A backend/admin area is required which must be very easy to use, allowing all the usual functionality you would expect from an admin area. I am willing/able to develop the front end - but need assistance with the technical aspects as outlined above. Can you help? If so get in touch via PMB and make your suggestions. I will ultimately publish a list of required features on PCB for all potential bidders to view, but that will only be after consultation with any bidders who express an interest in the project.
