Really I just want to be able to allow advertisers on my website to be able to create a campaign, create ads, specify gender and location if they want to, for who the ads should be shown, set a budget, and upload banner ads, or enter text ad info, or upload a video ad for our videos section. Admin needs to approve but once approved the advertiser will be able to pause or delete their ads and campaigns as well as view statistics. I will take care of the funding of their accounts part so you dont have to worry about that. I think that's about it though if you think I missed something let me know or ask. I would say please no robots but I dont think the robot biddes will read that far. Also my website blocks China due to crazy amounts of access attempts from there so I wont pick your bid if you are from China, sorry.
