Add and modify some features in a joomla component - Urgent

I'm working on a joomla project, and I need to modify and to add some features in component : 1) Need to add an admin feature in the frontend user (with a new design). Users will be able to add, edit their listing according to their subscription. Renew, publish, archiv, delete. 2) User can list their listings with filter. Create or Edit one or many listing (archive, renew, set to sold, or delete) It's an urgent, first qualified bidder will be awarded to the project. It's an on going project. If we satisfy with your work, we will work again on others features. You will have access to design, code etc by remote. Thank you
