I have a website that is stored on localhost/xampp. It has 8-10 pages and It looks very flat,

1. I need someone to support me in adding CSS for most of the pages,

2. Add backgrounds to the pages so that they look professional.

3. Align some of the menu options.

4. I would like to add PayPal button option for the books being advertised, when the option is clicked, it ask persons to sign into Paypal.

What is the website about?

The website is to allow persons to donate books for free or sell them to other users.

If I post a book for sale, the Paypal option should be displayed, if the book is listed as free, then the Paypal option should not be shown. The person that post the book should not be allowed to request that specific book.
