Fix Invoicing , Accounting Part and upgrade some Forms Generate Reports In Running Website

Hi Good Day All -Please Read before You bid It will be helpful for both Parties - I have A project For booking online Accommodation / Hostel. Website is based on  Php/Javascript / Bootstrap / Html /Ajax on Metronic Admin theme.  Website Have – Student, Manager, Accountant, Owner , Admin – Portals -- The project Is almost done But there is Some issues In Accounting Side / Invoicing Side . --Like system Have to Generate ----- Rent (recurring) + Deposit Invoices (once off) + Extra Charges Invoices (once Off) ... – And all those invoice Have to Function like normal invoicing System to Manager Accountant Can mark as paid not paid -- And System have to Count all total. --- But there is some problem in Calculation.. -- It’s mixing all invoices I need someone who Have Good experience in Accounting / Php / Html / JavaScript. -- i Need to Fix invoicing Calculation - and System must generate Proper Invoices... Upload Property - Need Some Extra Fields And Need Proper Code to Update Detail ( currently If We update We have to type All field Again) - Image management (front Image , Slider) Need Some Extra Field at some forms and I want to Change my Current Date Selector to Advance date ranger - Send Booking Request form (date Selector) (change Design-i will Give you Design Needs To Code ) - Add Tenant Form , (change Design-i will Give you Design Needs To Code ) Student Portal Dashboard - When they send booking Request – Detail must save to Their Profile as well. - Need Some function - View my Booking Request , Cancel booking Request , Send booking Request to Another property Fix Invoice Design - @invoice - Add more field And Need proper Detail Like rent , Deposit , Invoice for which Month - @ Quotation – Needs More detail on It and Needs to Fix Design . - @ view Profile – Need Payment Detail As well How much paid Invoice generation Date Fix some redirection On pages - After approving bed - Must Open Pdf File in New window For printing Student Detail - After approving Bed Redirect To View Booking Page Admin - Register User Detail Page ( Add more Detail – Verified User , Edit Delete User) Need Reports (Chart and Export)  Total bed vs. Available Beds Vs Occupied Bed –Per Building  Total Invoice Vs paid Vs Unpaid Invoice  Due Amount By per building (1 vs 2 vs 3)
