PHP/Zend developer with RETS experience- repost

We are successful start up looking for a PHP/Zend developer who has experience with RETS Syndication Schema (Real estate Transaction Standard). Experience required in building data loader using PHP/Zend that can handle large amount of data with outstanding performance into MySQL RDBMS. Please don`t respond if you don`t have RETS experience. Based on the RETS Syndication Schema (Real estate Transaction Standard) and the database schema we will provide you, you will have to start your analysis and mock up a flexible data loader. Then when you are ready we will provide a compressed xml file daily through a http url for you to test the data loader and make sure it loads up to 3 millions listings daily into our MySQL database. This project is critical for us so we need someone with real experience and can prove it. Our application is using Amazon S3 Cloud so any experience in architecture/development in this environment is a huge plus. Also if you are obsess with quality code and tuning you are looking at the right ad because we are looking at improving the performance of our platform and picture import processing. This collaboration would be on a project basis but we would love to have long term collaboration with the right candidate because we have many other projects pending.
