Wordpress Plugin that re-brands ebooks - repost

Had this project posted before, but the programmer tried to fleece me out of more money as soon as I awarded it, then still did not provide any updates or status after the time that the completion was suppose to be done. So Posting again. Please read the whole project description before bidding. This is the basic idea of what I need. Summary: A member of my site logs in. They go to my catalog page and see a list of categories. In each of the category, there are a list of ebooks. They see an ebook they want to promote. They click on that ebook. When they click on the ebook, it takes them to a page where they put in their info for that particular ebook. (They could be putting in link information, urls, name, bio, etc.) Once they have done so, they get a new dynamic link that goes to that selected ebook, that has their info in it, instead of the original authors info. So for example. I create a book called "Dog Training tips" In that ebook, I have a couple of link "placeholder" Link 1 placeholder and Link 2 placeholder. Also in that same ebook, I might have a place holder for author's name. So if a member branded that book and promotes it with their new dynamic URL and someone downloads it, it would have their info in the Link1 spot, link 2 spot and author spot. Any member could rebrand the same book and get their own dynamic url with thier info for that book. Admin Backend details: Create, modify, delete categories Create, modify, delete, activate/deactivate ebooks Create, modify, delete placeholder variables that can be used in ebooks. Approve User submitted ebooks. Frontend : Members.... Can create, modify (NOT DELETE) their own ebook. (Is not published until I approve. If modified, I would have to approve again. I am guessing the ebook would be done as a custom post, allowing html or text for the ebook. The books are hosted on my site, so if there is a change, it updates the master copy.) Can choose an ebook to rebrand. They replace their info and get a dynamically url to promote their particular branded version of the book. The plugin would output the ebook in PDF format and when a person goes to that specific dynamic URL for that ebook, they can download the PDF book and it will have that replaced, branded info in that downloaded book. To get an idea, I already have a standalone script from [login to view URL] that does concept wise what I need the plugin to do. You can look at the demo there to get a better idea. I do not need all the functions of that script, but this will give you an idea if you do not understand. I would want this created on your server and I test it there, then when I have tested, I make payment and you send me completed plugin for me to install on my server.
