Secure File Sharing Website

Our company has several NTFS File Shares on a Windows 2000 Server. There are many files and folders on these NTFS file shares with Active Directory user groups/users assigned to certain folders with different security rights (read, write, change) We want to publish these shares to the web and allow offsite users to SECURELY view and upload files through a standard web browser (IE 5.5, 6.0) The file types we mostly deal with are word, excel, pdf The website is to run on IIS and we will implement a secure site certificate to encrypt traffic if needed. We want a site/application designed to run with the following parameters 1.) site is to run on Windows 2000 server, IIS is preferred 2.) all permissions for the files/folders on the published folders(s) are to be handled by Windows NTFS Security.. we want the user to login with the standard windows login with their network login. We do not want a seperate user database for this application to control file access 3.) the look and feel of the file explorer should be that of the standard windows explorer (icons for folders, etc.) 4.) the html should be customizeable to so we can insert our logo, colors, etc. 5.) When entering the website the user should be required to enter a single site ID and password to enter the utlility. After this, the user shall be prompted by the windows login where they will enter their network username/password that links to the NTFS permissions 6.) data transfer to and from this site should be encrypted. We will purchase an SSL certficiate if required. 7.) user should be able to view files (using whatever compatible windows viewer they have installed for a particular type of file they select) 8.) users should be able to upload to folders they have NTFS permission to. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Specific instructions to setup IIS to run the application. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
