2 Websites with CMS

I need a competitive bid for two different websites. We are looking to build a long term relationship with our developer. - Both sites need to accept payment - one for personal business and a related nonprofit that accepts online donations. There is no shopping cart function required. Just payment processing through [login to view URL] or alternative Payment company. - First site will require about 10-15 pages. We have a clear vision of what the site needs to looks like: it will be used for networking, coalition building, political, training for community. Easy to navigate, sophisticated, professional and promotes donations. - Second site is simple, local business site that needs to have link that processes simple payments from clients. It might have 7 pages max. This site needs to be clean, easy to navigate, tells a brief story about owner of business. Design that is clean, neutral colors. - Owner of both sites has client-base of over 1200 small businesses. Assuming your work is good, we will be happy to refer many more customers who need web design services. - Sites must include CMS - owner wants to provide updates with ease. This bid for for two sites. Work needs to begin immediately. Mock-ups for first site due by end of week, if not earlier.
