95036 Real estate website

I need a real estate website. THe website will need to allow real estate agents to signup to the website and post their properties. I need detailed proerty information and also multi picture support. I need to have paypal support and also the ability accept cash as payment because many of my clients will pay me cash to list on the website. They should be able to purchase different packages. For example, they can post a single listing for $5 and another package might be 5 listings for $20. I also want to have a monthly fee where instead of paying for listings they can list as many properties as they want for a flat rate. SO they might pay me $50 and then list as many as they want. The website should allow them to pay for multiple months in advance as well and also allow me to offer a discount on the fee if they pay many months in advance. Agents get the monthly packages (maybe 2-3 to choose from) and regualr people can buy single listings. They should have support for their agents logo and contact info on the listings and their own section where guests can browse on listings from this agent. All urls need to be seo friendly and so do the actual pages themself. Visitors to the website should also be able to send messages to agents very easily without signing up. This needs a capatcha for spam control. They can signup for a newsletter which should be intergrated into the website. Should also allow me to easilly ad extra content pages. I also want support for featured listings. I will also sell banner ads for a fee. This should be a sperate system because some people who buy the banners might not be actual agents. I need a good banner system to track clicks and impressions and also allow me to have many banners rotated throught the website. Thumbnails on the website need to be generated automatically and reduced in size because some companies may upload huge photos, so wee need to manage them easy. I need to be able to send messages to all clients with proerty listings on the website. It needs to have a great search system built in with many options to search via price or property type. Admin needs to be hugely customizeable and add any new categories or options. needs support for international currency. Needs sidebox area where I can add extra little info or weather of little boxes with links to other info sections on the website. Main page should feature properties that I select as 'hot proeprites' and maybe also some random listings just to keep the content always changing.
