new layout for phpprobid - css expert only

Ok, so here is the deal: You need to send me your previous work because i will only accept bids from designers with previous experience with phpprobid. I need a quality design. So you will need to redo the small graphics. Most of the site design is coming from the css file so i need you to be very good with css too. --------- The design must comply with all future updates of phpprobid. Now, another thing: I want the homepage to have a few more links and stuff that usually phpprobid does not have. Like in [login to view URL] As you can see they have their homepage with lots of menus that do not exist in phpprobid script. I would also like to have some new menus. In terms of design i like this [login to view URL] small font and nice details so you could take that in mind.
