Fix website/database

This (down below) is the old job description for this project. The bulk of it has been done, but when I changed programmers the new one messed some things up. Some of the bugs to be fixed have to do with paging a search result, fixing a script for inserting data, creating a linkage between entries, etc. ---- Here are the basic functions (as requested before) ---- This is the first step of a few, depending on the speed, price and performance of the programmer the remaining steps will be added to his "plate". Step 1 Part 1 - Create a database which stores word/expressions according to the language it is in; must be ready to add languages on demand according to the entry in the INPUT page; there will be an initial amount of entries and languages that will be inserted; (please indicate the best way to import large lists into the database created) Part 2 - Create a web page which contains a SEARCH button and a INPUT field to insert a word/expression to be searched in all the database; Part 3 - Create a web page where the RESULT of the search will be displayed; different entries as a column without borders or lines (see Ex.1); the language name of the array where the word is found must appear as a title of a "div" for the entry, so every entry which is found in a different language must come in its own "div"; at the end of the list there might be a button saying: "add word version/translation" which will call the INPUT page; for English words (default) the notes are shown right after the words separated by a hyphen; for all the other possible version (different languages) the default must me the definition in English, with the language name (head of array) within parenthesis right after the hyphen and before the translation in English; the searched words must come within quotation marks; Part 4 - Create a web page (INPUT) which will appear when the word/expression isn't found; it must contain one input field for the word/expression, one drop down button for the language of origin, a text field for notes, a submit button, and a button labeled "add translation" which when pressed will add another input field, text field, and language drop down button for extra translations (every time the "add translation" button is pressed, a new *ENTRY LINE is given; the drop down button must show the languages already stored in the database (head of the arrays) and an option at the end saying "Add language" (see Ex.2), when this is selected, a input field should appear where the new language name is written by the user; When a new language is added, a new array must be added to the database to store the entries for that language; the notes inserted must be grouped with the word and language it follows, so if it would be done in an spreadsheet there would be two columns for each language: English - Eng_notes; Spanish - Spa_notes; etc. And the note is directly related to the word it was inserted with; *Entry line - it is composed of: Word/Expression input field, language drop down button, and text field for notes Part 5 - Create page that shows the amount of entries per language in a simple table; ------------------------------ Again I DON'T want this redone, just fixed. The steps above are the main steps followed to get to what it is now. They are just for familiarization, some of the bugs are shown in the video below (link). Obs.: I tend to reward surprises (speed and efficiency) and I'm open for hints or modifications for sake of a fine result.
