Few Changes and Tweaks Needed - Programming

We have a site that is almost ready to go and having a few issues with some of the components & modules on the site. 1. Our top banner doesn't show in the correct spot in our template. In FF it is better, but not perfect - in IE it is much worse. just needs some css tweaking. 2. Our Open SEF issue doesn't seem to be auto mapping at all. Just need some help reviewing and finding a fix, if one is needed at all - should be very simple. 3. A few tweaks to the component Estate Agent in Joomla needed - again nothing major. All of this should be a very fast and easy issue. We are looking for the programmer that will help us with this - as we have freelance work from time to time that we do ourselves for other companies and we have been looking for a programmer to share the work load, but also the pay we make from the freelance work you would be cut in on, if we pick you that is. The Faster & Cheaper the better chance of us using you again with Large Company freelance work we get in - which will not be cheap or fast either way on those.
