Security, Scalability, and Backup Expert

I need someone who is very knowledgeable in security and backup procedures to take a look at and test my website and make it as secure as possible. I will need you to not only find out where the website has weaknesses, but also to fix those weaknesses. I am pretty sure my website is backed up daily by godaddy but I would like the person to make sure that those backup procedures are in place just in case something happens. Also, you will need to be experienced with websites of a fairly large scale (10,000+ users) to help make sure that my site is scalable and to help optimize it for that function (changing the code and recommendations on hosting etc). The website is a social networking website created in php and mysql and currently hosted by godaddy.com. I realize that the website is going live very soon so there might not be time to make it as secure as possible before that time, but hopefully you can work on the site as it is being used. Some issues you may have to deal with are non-encrypted passwords in the database, displaying user id #'s in the browser bar (not sure if that is a security issue or not), and areas where hackers might be able to gain access to the website. If you are very good I may keep you on to consult you when security and scalability issues arise. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform In all 3.0+ versions of internet explorer and netscape.
