PHP or other script custom written for my inventory - repost

I sell online in several marketplaces. Although they offer inventory, I don't accurately depend on the quantities, as I often want to keep the item for sale as I can usually quickly get more stock. Because of this I also keep lists of all my items in Excel sheets, so I can see exactly how much of each item and the values that I am holding. I need to be able to host this online on my OWN server, the php needs to be easily customizable and accessed by multiple users from any location. So it seems it could be a PHP script backed by a MySQL database. I need a script written with further coding provided later as needed at an hourly rate. I would like your bid to be able to produce the basics I will detail next and then let me know what your hourly rate will be to further customize the script as I need it moving forward. Your bid for this project needs for you to write and install a script to give me the following: Login screen, support for multiple users. *** Very important. Ability to search for item by keyword of item title, supplier or SKU and other customizable fields and be able to add or remove inventory items. I need IN-LINE editing of all fields in all lists. To be able to upload a photo of an inventory item and that will be displayed with the item. Photo must be changeable & removable. Inventory item fields to begin with should be TITLE (50+ characters), SUPPLIER CODE (20+ characters), SUPPLIER NAME (30+ characters), SKU (10+characters), QTY (5 characters), COST EACH, TOTAL COST OF QTY ON HAND, LOW PRODUCT LEVEL ASSIGNED, and ASIN number (10 characters) field. *** Very important. To be able to add additional customizable fields to have in inventory items. To be able to import a CSV file in to the inventory by category To be able to export a CSV out of the inventory to show which fields you wish to export *** Very important. Able to set a customizable low product level that when a product falls lower that the low product automatically goes onto a low product report. This low level must settable by product and the report must display sorted by SUPPLIER CODE. This report will be used for reordering low product. I must be able to email the report to any entered address. *** Very important. Have a report to see all products in system sorted by category that I can export AND email. To have a report to see all products below par set (that need ordering) An easy to use menu system, able to fast search for a product and then update quantity or add or remove. The search should be a global text type. An automated zipped backup of the database to a specified folder, configurable in the script, keeping a rolling 7 days of backups only. A button allowing export the SQL manually for download in text. Other items you can suggest I might not have mentioned, but please confirm with me about them first, I do not want what I won't need. I do NOT need customer names or addresses or any invoicing management. I do NOT need supplier addresses or management, I just need the supplier name and their product code with each product. I do NOT need receiving or issuing. I want to see a demo of this running as a mock up on YOUR server before will the project will end and I want to be able to have you make adjustments until it is right for me. I think it is a simple project for a good script writer. We only have a little business so we only need this style script, we also do not want to pay for more than we need. I must be able to see your work. The MOST important focus of this inventory script is that I will be able to update quantities (increase or decrease) FAST.
