Make me a software

We are a pharmacy. We need someone to make a ssoftware where we enter patients on the system. We enter the names, date of birth, GP surgery they are, list of their medications, the cycle length (example they need Their medication every 28 days). 10 days before the medication I'd due the system turns red so we know their medication is due. When we collect the prescription it goes yellow and when we deliver it goes green. Then we ores a button and it turns red again and goes to the bottom ready for the next cycle.
