You know what we're talking about - entering and importing orders, processing orders, handling customer inquiries by phone and email, managing fulfillment and shipping, maintaining warehouses and inventory, and keeping your accountant happy - all the nitty-gritty activities that seem to require your constant attention.
In one incredibly integrated package, Mail Order Manager (M.O.M.) provides the complete solution, freeing you from the daily chores and providing the type of powerful analysis you need to increase your revenue and expand your customer base.
## Deliverables
1) Install MOM using a) either by using a computer we will supply or b) working with a remote access program or c) by visiting our offices in San Marcos, California.
A complete installation is required as to making all modules of MOM operational by interfacing with MOM support and training our one person to use it.
2) The person(s) selected will also be required to maintain MOM as to upgrades and maintenance and adding/removing new peoducts and items from the database. The effort to do this should be quoted as a separate item as a time expended/cost item.
3) The "Sitelink" feature of MOM which uses the database to create a website shopping cart should also be quoted separately.
4) Items 2 &3 are essential functions required to continously operate MOM and must be part of the quote.
In short, we need someone to install, taing and maintain an installation of MOM on a continuing basis.
