22584 RSS Script Modifications

I currently have a cgi script that when I run it it updates an index and a few other subpages via .tpl files (specified in the cgi) with yaho news feeds, etc...This can be re-written into php if you prefer but not necessary, the cgi version is fine right now. What I need quoted is some upgrades I want done to this: 1) User admin page where I can add some text to the index page and possibly subpages from a web admin panel. Something like a wordpress admin area but much much 'lite'er 2) Store the post data in either a flat text file or mysql (option to set one or the other) 3) Provide an RSS/XML feed for this data linked off the front site. 4) Include and have an area to specify what services to ping. 5) From the admin area be able to mark/indicate which news feed items go to an archive page... I'd like a quote for upgrades 1-5, one with 1-4, one with just 1-3. Thanks . Post via PMB if you want to see the current script running somewhere and I can show you.
