php script that simultaneously opens 5-10 different web pages at a time, and autofills some fields on those forms

I have with me data for the web forms of many link directories. This data includes information about the names of various text boxes/radio buttons/text areas/other fields in various web forms. I want you to create a PHP/perl/python/java script that submits links to 5-10 web pages at a time. Your program should open 5-10 (the exact number is an input parameter) web pages, auto fill known fields in those pages with data that the program asks at the beginning. You can use the Document Object Model (DOM ) of each web page to auto fill all known fields. After that, when user has filled in captcha/other fields, he can click on a submit button, this causes all the forms to be submitted to their resp. form actions. Now for each form submitted a simple question with 3 choices is shown- "Submitted Successfully" (when user s form submission is successful).."Not successful" (user clicks on this when form submission has failed) and "Retry" (to retry submission of this particular form). Your application should have a simple screen that lists all parameters that are asked for from the user initially.... Here program admin can add any new parameters or change the min/max length of any parameter. When the program goes into "Submission Mode" it will ask the end user to give values for each of these fields. Please take a look at the excel file attached with this message. It contains data for 5-6 sites. Most sites will directly accept data submission. But in rare cases, a site may require people to register as new user, then log in and only after that data submission to that site is done. So your program should be able to register new user/login/submit data also.
